摘 要:基于气力输送系统的分类及其原理,分析了煤矿井下反循环定点取样装置的技术特征,指出了井下反循环取样过程属于压送式输送。采用压送式气力输送工程计算的方法,结合煤矿井下实际压风工况,得到了搭配准?95 mm直径钻头的准73 mm宽叶片螺旋钻杆的中心管直径范围为21~32 mm;通过实验室建立仿真取样系统的试验表明:32 mm的中心管在相同给料质量和取样时间内,取样效果更好。Based on the classification and principle of pneumatic conveying system, the technical characteristics of reverse circulation fixed-point sampling device in underground coal mine are analyzed. It is pointed out that the reverse circulation sampling process belongs to pressure conveying. Use the method of pneumatic conveying engineering calculation, combined with the actual compressed air condition in the coal mine, it is obtained that a 73 mm wide blade auger with a 95 mm diameter drill bit has a center tube diameter range of 21 m to 32 mm;the experiment of simulation sampling system established in the laboratory shows that the 32 mm central pipe has better sampling effect in the same feeding quality and sampling time.
