摘 要:煤在燃烧过程当中生成的SO2气体对环境的影响相当大,严重危害人类生存环境。因此为了将硫去除,提出利用煤层注水技术将硫部分从源头去除的方法,主要通实验室研究了采煤源头释硫的原理及影响因素。结果表明:煤层注水添加螯合剂可以有效的将矿物质硫释放;IDS作用后增加煤层注水效果;浸泡时间对Fe离子浸出量影响不大,而IDS的浓度及所处环境的温度对Fe离子浸出量影响较大,固液比小的离子浸出量大,固液比大的离子浸出量反而较小。The SO2 gas generated in the combustion process has a great impact on the environment and seriously endangers the human living environment. Therefore, in order to remove sulphur, this paper proposes to use coal seam water injection technology to remove sulphur from the source. The principle and influencing factors of sulfur released from coal mining source have been studied in laboratory. The results show that: adding chelating agent to coal seam water injection can release mineral sulfur effectively and increase water injection effect to coal seam after IDS action;soaking time has little effect on the amount of Fe ion leaching, while the concentration of IDS and the temperature of the environment have great influence on the amount of Fe ion leaching, and the amount of ion leaching with small solid-liquid ratio is larger. Ion leaching with high solid-liquid ratio is smaller.
