摘 要:针对工作面煤壁片帮影响大采高综采开采技术效益发挥的问题,以红庆河煤矿3-1煤层赋存条件为研究背景,通过设计正交试验方案,运用FLAC3D数值软件进行模拟,基于Drucker-Prager准则计算了工作面煤壁的破坏系数,综合分析了影响工作面煤壁破坏的5个因素。结果表明,埋深、支架合力作用点到煤壁距离、采高和工作面长度越大,煤壁破坏程度越高,而液压支架初撑力越大,煤壁破坏程度越低;煤壁破坏影响因素的主次排序为:埋深>支架合力作用点到煤壁的距离>支架初撑力>采高>工作面长度;给出了3-1煤层开采的合理工艺参数:采高6.2 m,工作面长度225 m,支架合力到煤壁的距离2 m,支架初撑力12000 kN。Aiming at the problems that the coal wall rib spalling in the working face affects the economic benefits of fully mechanized mining technology with large mining height, the 3-1 coal seam occurrence conditions of Hongqinghe Coal Mine is taken as the research background. The orthogonal experimental scheme was designed and simulated by the FLAC3 Dsoftware. Based on Drucker-Prager criterion, the failure coefficient of the mining face was calculated. Five factors affecting the coal mining face failure were studied. Conclusion were drawn as follows, some measures can increase the extent of the coal mining face failure,such as increasing the burial depth and the distance between the focus of the support force and the mining face, extending the length of working face and the mining height;improving the support force can reduce the rib spalling. The rank of five factors by influence degree is as follows: burial depth>the distance between the focus of the support force and the mining face >the support force>the mining height>the length of working face. The reasonable process parameters of the 3-1 coal seam mining are given: the mining height is 6.2 m, the working face length is 225 m, the distance between the joint force and the coal wall is 2 m, and the initial support force of the bracket is 12 000 kN.
