摘 要:采用超声辅助溶剂热法合成一种氧化石墨烯(GO)改性铕(Ⅲ)-二苯甲酰甲烷-三苯基氧膦(Eu-DBMTPPO-GOs)近紫外转换红光材料,通过元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱、热重、X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜和荧光对结构和性能进行表征。结果表明:配体与铕原子有效配位,适量GO添加改性能提高材料发光性能和品质。添加质量为0.009%时,分解温度达到230℃以上,在300~500nm呈现强激发带,在611nm发射强特征红光,量子产率23.5%,荧光寿命0.212ms,色坐标(0.655,0.340),并结合结构和性能对GO改性机理进行了分析。A new type of graphene oxide modified photoluminescent complex of europium-dibenzoylmethanetriphenylphosphine oxide(Eu-DBM-TPPO-GOs)was synthesized by ultrasonic assisted solvothermal method.The properties and luminescence performance were characterized by elemental analysis,UV,FT-IR,TG,XRD,SEM and FL.The results exhibited that ligands were coordinated effectively with central europium atom,luminescence performance and quality was improved with appropriate added amount of graphene oxide.Eu-DBM-TPPO-GOs suggested favorable thermal stability with decomposition temperature above 230℃,exhibited strong excitation band at 300~500 nm and strong characteristic red light emission at 611 nm,and the quantum yield was 23.5%,fluorescence lifetime was 0.212 ms,chromaticity coordinates was(0.655,0.340),respectively,when added 0.009% wt.Furthermore,the modification mechanism of graphene oxide was explored based on its structure and performance.
