摘  要:将纳米改性高岭土(NK)应用于矿用卡车的轮胎中,全面评价了其对轮胎混炼胶加工性能、耐久性、机械力学性能的影响,并对NK与炭黑(CB)配合增强的机理进行了探讨。研究结果表明,NK作为二维填料,可对原有的CB填料网络进行分割,两者互相促进分散,优化整个填料网络系统。与单一仅填充CB相比,填充NK之后,混炼胶加工性能得到了有效优化;低应变范围内的定伸应力、储能模量仅有微弱降低,但耐空气老化性能大幅加强。因此,可以使用NK少量代替CB,在保持性能相当的同时,提升其经济效益。但填充NK同时会造成撕裂强度、拉升强度、动态生热、磨耗等性能的恶化,需进一步加以解决。The clay could be use as polymer filler due to its natural nano size.The nano modified kaolin(NK)was applied into mining truck tire.The processing properties,durability,dynamic mechanical properties of tire compound filled with NK were investigated.And the cooperation between NK and carbon black(CB)was also studied.The experiment showed that:as a typical two dimensional filler,NK could separate the original CB filler net,the dispersion of NK and CB were improved by each other,the whole filler-net was promoted.Compared with CB filled only,the processing properties of compound filled with NK and CB were improved.The stress as low strain,storage module reduced only a little.And the anti air aging properties were strengthened.Therefore,the CB could be partly replaced by NK to improve economic efficiency.But at same time,filling NK could result into the decreasing of tear strength,tensile strength and the increasing of dynamic heating build and DIN wear,which should be resolved by other means.
