摘  要:针对CDC-16型道岔捣固车捣固装置在捣固作业过程中,镐臂组件出现异响问题进行现场检查,发现异响来自翻转轴与轴套之间撞击声及隔离环的撞击声。通过对镐臂组件拆解和生产装配现场检查及轴套内径设计公差分析,结合相关文献,确定翻转轴与轴套之间撞击声源于轴套内径尺寸公差设计不合理,具体为轴套内径尺寸公差设计没有考虑轴套外径过盈配合的影响。改进轴套内径尺寸设计公差,经现场使用验证翻转轴与轴套之间撞击声得到排除。通过对镐臂组件捣固作业现场和生产装配现场检查及镐臂安装松紧度分析,确定了镐臂安装松紧度不适宜导致隔离环窜动,产生隔离环与镐臂的撞击声。提出以翻转液压缸翻转压力判断内、外镐臂安装松紧程度方法作为改进措施,经实际安装使用,未再发生隔离环与镐臂的撞击声。In view of an abnormal noise out of an impact device of a CDC-16 type impact machine for railway switches construction engineering it has to do with the disassembly,which tells that the impacting sound is delivered from between a rotating shaft and its mate bushing within a pick arm there,that brings about cause of the trouble as of wrong tolerance in fitting of the shaft and its bushing,beside the wrong design,which has been investigated through the original drawing,manufacturing and assembly workshops.With all these in mind it has to make a remedy thereto,as well as taking consideration of the operator’s working practice and experience.The remedy goes through actual assembly in the workshop and on-job-site operations before getting its certification granted.So far no impacting noise has been found again from between the isolation ring and the pick arm.
