摘 要:针对固体反射面可展天线结构的分块数量和包络尺寸等实际需求,对抛物面刚性可展天线结构进行分块优化和连接设计。依据可动性分析,分块优化选用双自由度的单顶点五折痕模式,但是通过约束折痕转动实现反射面运动路径可控。采用平面单位圆模型定性分析分块节点的几何参数对机构收纳比的影响。以收纳比为优化目标函数,以刚性约束、碰撞约束和可动性约束为优化约束条件,建立抛物面刚性可展天线结构的优化框架,并采用1st Opt结合简面体爬山法结合通用全局优化算法计算分块参数。针对面板转动过程碰撞问题,进行了面板连接节点和转动轴设计。仿真分析和3D打印分块模型结果说明该方法的可行性和合理性。According to the actual requirements of limitation on the number of blocks and envelope size of solid reflector deployable antenna structure,the block optimization and connection design of parabolic rigid deployable antenna structure are conducted.The single-vertex five creases origami pattern with two degrees of freedom is selected for block optimization based on the mobility analysis,but one crease is limited to rotate in order to ensure that the motion path of the reflector can be controlled effectively.A plane unit circle model is used to qualitatively analyze the influence of geometric parameters on the storage ratio of reflector mechanism.The optimization framework of parabolic rigid deployable antenna structure is established by taking the storage ratio as the objective function and taking the rigid constraints,collision constraints and mobility constraints as the optimization constraints.The design parameters of panels are calculated by 1 stOpt combined with the simplex method and general global optimization algorithm(SM-GO).Connections and rotating shafts are designed to solve the collision problem in the process of panel rotation.Simulation analysis and 3 D print blocks model are given to demonstrate the feasibility and rationality of the method.
