摘　　要：目的:了解医疗机构的信用内涵、信用特征及其影响因素,为医疗机构信用管理和信用建设提供借鉴,为第三方开展信用评价提供参考依据。方法:文章基于利益相关者理论视角,从医疗机构信用内涵分析入手,全面剖析医疗机构信用内涵构成、特征及其影响因素,重点分析医疗机构不同利益相关者的不同关注点,并以此为基础分析医疗机构的信用影响因素。结果:医疗机构信用受内、外部因素影响,但内部因素起到决定性作用,医疗机构应从内部的“思、知、言、行”抓信用建设,才能达到“思、知、言、行、果”的一致。结论:医疗机构信用问题是社会信用体系建设的重要构成部分,医疗机构的信用内涵、特征及其影响因素是医疗机构信用建设、信用管理、信用监督及信用评价考核的重要基础。Objective:To understand the credit connotation,credit characteristics and influencing factors of medical institutions,to provide references for the credit management and credit construction of medical institutions,and to provide reference for the third party to carry out credit evaluation.Methods:From the perspective of the stakeholder theory,it starts with the analysis of the credit contention of medical institutions,and comprehensively analyzes the composition,characteristics and impact factors of medical institutions credit contention.Based on analyzing the different concerns of different stakeholders in medical institutions,Focus on the different concerns of different stakeholders in medical institutions,it investigates the credit impact factors of medical institutions.Results:The credit of medical institutions is affected by internal and external factors,but internal factors play a decisive role.Medical institutions should focus on credit construction through internal“thinking,knowledge,speech and action”,so as to achieve the consistency of“thinking,knowledge,speech,action and result”.Conclusion:The credit problem of medical institutions is an important part of the construction of social credit system.The credit contention,characteristics and impact factors of medical institutions are important foundations for credit construction,credit management,credit supervision and credit evaluation of medical institutions。
