摘　　要：在梳理日间手术在我国的发展历程和政策演变基础上,从运行效率、医疗质量、医疗费用和患者体验等多方面介绍国内医院开展日间手术取得的成果,进而从医保政策、管理体系、绩效考核及术后服务等多方面找出存在的问题,为日间手术可持续发展提出了建议。Based on reviewing the development history and policy evolution of day surgery in China,it introduces the results of daytime surgery performed by domestic hospitals in terms of operational efficiency,medical quality,medical expenses and patient experience.In addition,it finds out the problems from the aspects of medical insurance policy,management system,performance appraisal and post-operative services,so as to put forward suggestions for the sustainable development of day surgery.
