摘　　要：通过对样本医院开展日间手术的评估流程、患者一般情况和各科室开展日间手术情况进行分析,发现医保结算时效、费用结算流程、病情评估流程及开展科室方面有待进一步完善和改进。Through analyzing the assessment process of ambulatory surgery,the general situation of patients and the situation of ambulatory surgery in each department of the sample hospital,it finds out that the timeliness of medical insurance settlement,the expense settlement process,the process of disease assessment and the development of departments need to be further improved.
