西方中医医家腊味爱的学术思想及其影响

摘　　要：通过对西方中医医家腊味爱(又译作雅克·安德烈·拉维耶,Jacques-AndréLavier)的著作及相关文献的梳理,及对其理论、临床诊疗特色及学术思想的归纳研究,总结了他的学术思想要点,主要包括了中医翻译研究以及中医理论研究。中医翻译研究主要是"甲骨文中医",即结合中医典籍成书时期的汉字演化阶段,通过对古汉字的象形意义进行直观理解和解读,阐释该典籍中的中医理论。中医理论研究主要包括3个方面。(1)"三才思想"提出人的一切生命现象(地)都会受到恒定的自然规律(天)的约束,强调人与自然、社会环境的统一性与联系性;(2)中医与《周易》方面,腊味爱运用太极解释人体生命现象以及自然节律现象,也将《周易》卦象作为对来诊患者整体情况把握的参考;(3)中医与古天文学方面,腊味爱从天体运行阐释医理,从历法解读人体节律现象,并将它们用于解释人的生理特性及指导诊治疾病,创造"天文针灸"。腊味爱作为20世纪法国中医界的代表人物之一,对欧洲的中医教育及中医理论发展具有深远的影响。Through sorting out the works and related documents of the specialist of Western studies on Chinese Medicine, Lavier, with summarizing and studying his theory, clinical diagnosis and treatment characteristics and academic thoughts, this article briefly describes the main points of his academic thought. His academic thoughts consist of the research on translation of Chinese Medicine books and the theoretical study of Chinese Medicine. The research on translation of Chinese Medicine books mainly include Oracle Chinese Medicine. Oracle Chinese Medicine combines the stage of the evolution of Chinese characters with the period in which a Chinese Medicine book was formed, to intuitively understand and interpret of the pictographic meaning of ancient Chinese characters in this book. And through this method, those Chinese Medicine theories can be accurately explained. The theoretical study of Chinese medicine mainly includes three aspects. Firstly, the thought of the Three Powers(heaven, earth and man), which emphasizes the unity and connection between human and nature, social environment, proposes that all life phenomena(地) of human beings will be constrained by constant natural laws(天). Secondly, about combining Chinese Medicine with Book of Changes(周易),Lavier uses Taiji(太极) to explain the human life and natural rhythm phenomenon, also he took the divinatory symbols of Book of Changes as a reference to grasp the overall situation of the patients. Thirdly, about combining Chinese Medicine with ancient Chinese astronomy, Lavier used the motions of celestial bodies to explain Chinese Medicine theories, interpretshuman rhythm phenomenon from Chinese calendar. He even used them to explain human physiological characteristics and guide the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, which is called Uranology Acupuncture. As one of the representatives of French Chinese Medicine in the 20 th century, he has a far-reaching influence on the development of Chinese Medicine theory and itseducation in Europe.
