抗菌防螨消臭黏胶纤维的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：将具有抗菌防螨功能的艾蒿和苦楝提取物以及活性白土微粉加入黏胶纺丝液中共混,利用湿法纺丝工艺,制备抗菌防螨消臭黏胶纤维,并测试分析纤维的形态结构、力学性能、摩擦系数以及该纤维所制针织面料的抗菌、防螨、消臭性能。结果表明,与普通黏胶纤维相比,抗菌防螨消臭黏胶纤维的纵向沟槽更多更深,断裂强度和断裂伸长率稍降低,摩擦系数增大;所制针织面料具有良好的抗菌、防螨、消臭功能,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抗菌率分别为98%、86%、88%,对螨虫的驱避率为65.29%,对氨气、醋酸、异戊酸的减少率分别为80.3%、95.3%、79.3%。The extracts of Artemisia argyi and Melia azedarach with antibacterial and anti-mite functions and activated clay powder were added into viscose spinning solution to prepare antibacterial,anti-mite and deodorizing viscose fiber by wet spinning process.The morphology structure,mechanical properties,friction coefficient of the fiber and the antibacterial,anti-mite and deodorizing properties of the knitted fabric made of the fiber were tested and analyzed.The results show that compared with ordinary viscose fiber,the longitudinal grooves of the prepared viscose fiber are much more and deeper,the breaking strength and elongation at break slightly decrease,and the friction coefficient increases.The knitted fabric has good antibacterial,anti-mite and deodorizing functions.The antibacterial rates of the fabric against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans are 98%,86%and 88%,respectively.The repellent rate against mites is 65.29%,and the reduction rates of ammonia,acetic acid and isovaleric acid are 80.3%,95.3%and 79.3%,respectively.
