摘  要:为了有效地打击各类矿业违法活动,该文全面地研究了违规开采行为的时空发生规律。以大-小兴安岭地区为研究区,基于Apriori算法,按照违规采矿事件的性质特征对关联规则进行升级和优化,在权重和多维思想的引导下发掘一套运用于采矿点时空特征挖掘的方法,并将其应用在研究区的违规采矿点时空关联性分析中,提取了4条有效强关联规则。结果表明,煤矿和铁矿违规开采在对应矿石价格较高的年份集中分布在资源赋存条件较好的锡林郭勒盟;而建筑类矿产资源违规开采如建筑用花岗石和建筑用砂则主要出现在政策管控较弱的年份,并集中在城市化及基础建设较为活跃的呼伦贝尔市。因此,在进行矿产资源开发秩序监测时可充分把握违规开采行为的发生规律,提升监管效率。In order to effectively combat various types of illegal mining activities,this paper comprehensively studied the spatial-temporal distribution of illegal mining behavior. The paper took the Da-Xiaoxing’anling area as the research area,based on the Apriori algorithm,and improved the association rule mining method according to the characteristics of the illegal mining points. Under the guidance of weights and multi-dimensional ideas,an algorithm for mining time-space features of mining points was explored and applied to the analysis of spatio-temporal distribution correlation of illegal mining points in the study area. Four effective strong association rules were extracted. The results showed that the illegal mining points of coal mines and iron ore mines were concentrated in the Xilin Gol League,a prefecture-level city with a large reserve of resources,in the years when the ore prices were higher;the illegal mining points of construction mineral resources such as granite for construction and sand for construction mainly occured in the weaker years of policy control,and were concentrated in Hulunbeier city,where urbanization and infrastructure are active. Therefore,in the monitoring of mineral resources development order,we must fully grasp the spatio-temporal distribution characteristics of illegal mining activities and improve the efficiency of supervision.
