摘　　要：某铀矿采用密实移动床水冶工艺,在使用电容式物位计进行树脂提升计量时,物位计测量电极容易挂住小粒径段树脂,降低计量精度。对此研制了全自动电容式物位计清洗装置,每次树脂提升完毕后,启动工控机清洗程序,将测量电极上的小粒径段树脂清除,保障计量树脂提升量的准确性。全自动电容式物位计清洗装置有利于水冶工艺的持续高效运行。The dense moving bed is adopted in hydrometallurgy process at a uranium mine, and the capacitance level meter is used to measure the resin lift. In the process of application, the electrode of level meter is easy to catch small particle size resin, which reduces the measurement accuracy. For this reason, an automatic capacitance level meter cleaning device is developed. After each resin lifting, the industrial computer cleaning program is started to remove the small particle size resin on the measuring electrode, so as to ensure the accuracy of measuring the resin lifting amount, which is conducive to the continuous and efficient operation of the hydrometallurgy process.
