心电图运动负荷试验在冠心病治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究心电图运动负荷试验指导下的心脏康复在冠心病治疗中的应用。方法运用随机数表法将本院2017年1月至2019年4月诊治的110例冠心病患者分为观察组与对照组,各55例。观察组采用心电图运动负荷试验指导下的心脏康复训练,对照组采用常规心脏康复训练。结果观察组治疗前后HRR1、VO2 peak、VE/VCO2、AT、O2 pulse-peak、CVO2、VT各指标的差值水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗前后SF-36生活质量评分各指标的差值均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于冠心病患者来说,心电图运动负荷试验指导下的心脏康复可以改善患者心肺功能,提高患者生命质量,值得应用推广。Objective To study the application of cardiac rehabilitation under the guidance of the electrocardiography exercise test in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods 110 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were divided into the observation group and the control group by using the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were given cardiac rehabilitation training under the guidance of electrocardiography exercise test,while those in the control group were given conventional cardiac rehabilitation training.Results The difference levels of HRR1,VO2 peak,VE/VCO2,AT,O2 pulse-peak,CVO2 and VT in the observation group before and after the treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the life quality scores of PF,RP,BP,GH,VT,SF,RE and MH in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation for patients with coronary heart disease under the guidance of electrocardiography exercise test can improve the cardiopulmonary function and enhance patients’life quality;thus it is worthy of application and promotion.
