摘　　要：目的孕早期流产胚胎组织的检验在刑事案件中虽不常见,但对案件的侦破有着重要的意义。本实验是为基层法医单位提供一种简单、可操作的提取、检验方法。方法本实验室通过肉眼直接观察区分、水中直接剪取绒毛的方法对两起强奸致孕案件中的孕早期流产组织进行检验。结果分别获得单一的胚胎组织DNA分型,均与嫌疑人具有生物学亲缘关系。结论通过肉眼直接观察区分、水中直接剪取绒毛的方法可以获得孕早期流产组织中的胚胎成分进行DNA分型,简单、易操作,可以在基层法医单位推广开展。Objective The test of embryonic tissue in early pregnancy abortion is not common in criminal cases,but it is of great importance to the detection of cases.This experiment is to provide a simple and operable method of extraction and examination for basic forensic units.Methods This laboratory conducted testes on the early pregnancy abortion tissues of two rape cases through direct observation and differentiation with naked eyes,and directly cutting villi in water.Results A single DNA typing of embryonic tissues were obtained,both of which were biologically related to the suspect.Conclusion By directly observing and distinguishing with naked eyes and cutting villi in water,we can obtain DNA typing of embryonic components in early pregnancy abortion tissues.It is easy to conduct and can be popularized in basic forensic units.
