摘  要:针对低瓦斯厚煤层高强综放开采卸压瓦斯治理问题,采用物理模拟、数值分析和现场监测方法,研究工作面开采初期和稳定时期覆岩结构演化及裂隙场分布特征,揭示了考虑采动裂隙场的卸压瓦斯场分布特征;依据研究获得采动瓦斯聚集区分布,提出采用高位定向长钻孔治理采空区卸压瓦斯,并进行了效果检验。结果表明:工作面推进至135 m后,覆岩结构和裂隙演化基本稳定,垮落带发育高度为25~27 m,裂隙带发育高度为75~95 m,弯曲下沉带发育高度达到110 m左右;采动裂隙带瓦斯聚集区位于距回风巷25~55 m、高度距煤层顶板25~50 m范围内;高位定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采技术实施后,抽采平均浓度为5.8%,平均流量为0.71 m^3/min,工作面上隅角和回风流瓦斯浓度均小于0.8%,瓦斯治理取得较好效果,为类似条件下的卸压瓦斯治理提供参考。In order to solve the problem of pressure relief gas control under high strength fully mechanized top coal caving in low-gas-thick-coal seams,the evolution of overlying rock structure and the distribution characteristics of fracture in the initial and stable period of mining face have been studied through physical simulation,numerical analysis,and field monitoring.The distribution characteristics of gas field that considers pressure relief have been revealed.According to the distribution of mining gas accumulation area,the high directional long borehole has been put forward to control the pressure relief gas in goaf,and the effect has been tested.The results have shown that after the working face advances to 135 m,the overlying rock structure and fracture evolution are basically stable,with the height of col-lapse zone being 25~27 m,the height of fracture zone 75~95 m,and the height of bending subsidence zone about 110 m.The gas accumulation area of the mining fracture zone is located in the range of 25~55 m from return air roadway and within the range of 25~50 m from the roof of coal seam.After the implementation of gas extraction technology by high directional and long boreholes,good results have been obtained in the gas control with the average concentration of gas extraction being 5.8%,the average gas flow rate 0.71 m^3/min,the gas concentration in upper corner and return air less than 0.8%.The results can provide a reference for pressure relief gas control under similar conditions.
