摘  要:采用响应面法探讨得到优化的微波法提取洋葱皮色素工艺:乙醇体积分数63%、微波功率700 W、微波处理时间60 s。用提取的洋葱皮色素上染羊毛纤维,以氯化镧为媒染固色剂,选用后媒染法,设计响应面实验方案,得到优化的媒染固色工艺参数:氯化镧用量3.22 g、固色时间30.76 min、固色温度62.04℃。The response surface method(RSM)was used to explore the optimal extraction process of onionskin pigment by microwave method.The obtained optimal extraction process was as follows:the volume fraction of ethanol 63%,microwave power 700 W,microwave time 60 s.The wool fiber was dyed with the extracted onionskin pigment using lanthanum chlorideas the mordant dye-fixing agent though post-mordant dyeing method.The test scheme of response surface method was designed,and the optimized technological parameters of mordant fixation process was obtained as follows:lanthanum chloride 3.22 g,fixation time 30.76 min,fixation temperature 62.04℃.
