摘　　要：为促进免烫整理工艺在工业大麻面料上的应用推广,提高产品附加值,以免烫性、布面甲醛质量分数为主要评价指标,探讨免烫整理的工艺用料及工艺流程。使用防缩抗皱整理剂GL-45N进行免烫整理,工艺流程为:烧毛→退浆→煮炼→漂白→液氨整理→拉幅。生产实践表明,面料免烫性可达3.5级。In order to enhance the application of the non-iron finishing process on industrial hemp fabrics and the added value of the product,the materials and process of iron-free finishing were explored.The main evaluation indicators were iron-free property and formaldehyde content of fabric.Anti-shrinkage and anti-wrinkle finishing agent GL-45N was used for non-ironing finishing.The technological process was singeing,desizing,scouring,bleaching,liquid ammonia finishing and tentering.The production practice results showed that the iron-free property of the fabric was up to 3.5 grade.
