摘 要:信息技术的发展带来了数字商品的兴起,数字商品是指通过提供信息在市场上进行交换的虚拟字符串。在商品二因素、价值形成、价值实现和价格决定等方面,数字商品既符合马克思对商品范畴的分析,又呈现出许多新变化,需要运用马克思的劳动价值论做出具体研究。在制定政策的过程中,应根据数字商品的特征规律,从培养国民数字素质、加强知识产权保护和强化商品市场监管三个方面入手,做好政策引导和规范,为数字商品市场的健康发展保驾护航。The development of information technology has brought the rise of digital commodities. A digital commodity is a virtual string that is exchanged in the marketplace by providing information. In regard to commodity two factors,value creation, value realization and price determination, the digital commodity not only accords with Marx’s analysis of commodity category, but also presents many new changes, needs specific research by using the Marxist labor theory of value. In the process of policy making,according to characteristics and the law of digital commodities, we should guide and standardize the policies from cultivating the digital quality of citizens,strengthening the protection of intellectual properties and intensifying the commodity market supervision,to escort the healthy development of digital commodity market.
