基于一款针织贝雷帽设计的研究

摘　　要：[研究意义]针对手工棒针编织针织贝雷帽对企业生产效率和生产成本的影响和制约,采用电脑横机开发出的一款针织贝雷帽设计的编织工艺。[研究方法]采用日本岛精SDS-ONE设计系统进行工艺与制版设计、绘制球形减针意匠图,并用100%纯羊绒纱线在日本岛精SSR112-S机型的电脑横机上编织,最后经过后整理洗缩与定型,完成的一款立体成型针织贝雷帽的设计工艺研究。[研究结果与结论]结果表明:①利用电脑横机所编贝雷帽具有保暖舒适、立体感强、外观精美等特点,完全可以与手工棒针贝雷帽相媲美;②它能降低生产成本,提高生产效率等方面起到了作用;③它对针织帽类及相关产品的研发及生产加工企业具有一定参考价值。Because hand knitting of beret doesn’t benefit to production efficiency and cost of the enterprise, it is necessary to develop a kind of knitted beret hat with computer horizontal machine. This paper firstly carry out designs of process planning and plate-making, secondly draw a plan of weave about spherical reduction needle, thirdly knit a beret hat on the computer horizontal machine of Japanese Shimaseiki SSR112-S model, finally finish the production after washing and shaping. This paper holds some points of view as follow:①this product is warm, comfortable,strong three-dimensional sense;②it can reduce production cost and improve production efficiency to knit beret hat on computer horizontal machines;③ this design is important to develope knitted hats and related products.
