摘  要:以桐子壕航电枢纽灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组冷却水系统改造为例,分析探索将传统的一、二次冷却水进行混合利用的可行性及效果。改造效果表明,这种新型混合冷却方式不仅能显著降低发电机运行温度,延长主设备使用寿命,还能有效保护换热设备,防止水生物大量繁殖堵塞管道,成功解决了大型灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组普遍存在的冷却效果差的问题。In the renovation of the cooling water system in bulb tubular hydro-turbine generator units in Tongzihao Navigation-power Junction,a novel mixed utilization scheme of the primary and secondary cooling water is explored.Practical performance shows that this new mixed cooling mode can not only significantly reduce the operating temperature of the generators and extend the service life of the main equipment,but also effectively protect the heat exchange equipment and prevent the mass propagation of aquatic organisms from blocking the pipelines.The problem of poor cooling effect that is common found in large-scale bulb tubular hydro-turbine generator units is solved successfully.
