摘 要:通过对枕头坝一级水电站机发电机滑环原有碳粉吸收装置的结构特点分析,找出了该装置设计的缺陷,通过对其优化改进,使其具有全封闭和大功率吸尘功能,净化率达到99%,有效地解决碳粉回收问题,改善了设备运行环境,并实现了全自动控制和电机过载等报警功能,通过联机控制可长时间自动运转,不需人工干预,提高了运行可靠性,取得了良好的经济效益。Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the original carbon powder absorption device of the generator slip ring in Zhentouba I Hydropower Station,the design defects of the device are determined.Then,optimization is carried out on the device to realize the full sealing and high power dust absorption with the purification rate over 99%.While the carbon powder recovery problem is effectively solved and the operation environment of the device is improved,additional functions such as full automatic control and motor overload alarm are realized.With the in-line control,the device can operate automatically for a long time without manual intervention,which greatly improve the operation reliability and achieve good economic benefit.
