摘 要:男护士是护理组织不可或缺的部分,其职业信念影响其职业发展及护理队伍建设。本研究通过梳理男护士职业认同感、职业倦怠感、工作压力、组织支持感、职业成功、留职意愿和离职意愿这7项职业信念领域研究较丰富的亚主题,分析该领域研究的整体特征,并探讨我国男护士职业信念的现状及趋势,以期为护理人力资源管理提供更全面的视角。Male nurses are an integral part of nursing organization whose professional belief have impacts on career development and nursing team construction.This study combed 7 rich research sub-themes in the field of professional belief,including the professional identity,job burnout,working pressure,organizational support,career success,intention to stay and turnover intention,analyzed the whole characteristics of this field,and to explore the current status and trend of professional belief among male nurses in China so as to provide a comprehensive view for nursing human resource management.
