摘 要:根据某铁矿矿石性质和选矿试验结果,设计中对新建选矿厂的产品方案、碎磨工艺流程、选别工艺流程的选择进行了技术、投资、成本等方面的综合比较。结果表明该矿采用粗碎+单段半自磨碎磨流程、全磁选选别流程和铁精矿品位66%、回收率85%的产品方案在投资、生产经营成本上均具有优势。According to the ore property of a certain iron mine and result of ore beneficiation test,comprehensive comparison is carried out for the selections of product mix,crushing and grinding process flow,separation process flow from the aspects of technologies,investment and costs in new ore beneficiation plant.The result shows that primary crushing+single stage SAG process,full magnetic separation process flow and product mix with 66%of iron concentrate grade and 85%of recovery have the advantages in investment and production operating cost.
