增强聚丙烯(FRPP)管在电解工序的应用

摘　　要：通过介绍增强聚丙烯管(FRPP)的焊接机理,介绍了大管径的增强聚丙烯(FRPP)管在丹霞冶炼厂电解液主循环管道中的应用。增强聚丙烯(FRPP)管不易发生弯曲变形、破裂、老化等现象,综合评价机械强度和耐腐蚀性能优良,安装维修方便,可以满足湿法炼锌电解工序的需要。The paper introduces the application of fiber reinforced polypropylene pipe(FRPP)with large pipe diameter in main electrolyte circulating pipe of Danxia smelter by introduction of welding mechanism of fiber reinforced polypropylene pipe(FRPP).Fiber reinforced polypropylene pipe(FRPP)is not easily curved,distorted,cracked and aged,it has good mechanical strength and corrosion-resisting properties and convenient installation and maintenance by a comprehensive assessment and it also can meet the demand of wet zinc smelting electrolysis process.
