摘　　要：刷洗机是电解生产中用于对剥离了锌片的阴极板进行刷洗的重要设备。丹霞冶炼厂刷洗机同步带出现了极易断裂的问题,经分析,采用多楔带传动替代同步带传动的改造方案。经过改造,提高了设备使用率,降低了设备运行成本,增加了设备运行的稳定性。Scrubbing machine is an important equipment to brushing the cathode plate after the zinc plate is stripped during Electrolytic production.Synchronous belt of the scrubbing unit in Danxia Smelter is liable to be broken off.After analysis and reformation,it is proposed to adopt poly V-belt instead of synchronous to improve equipment availability,reduce operating cost of equipment and increase stability of equipment operation.
