摘　　要：随着地理信息数据库建设的快速发展,数据库驱动制图的模式已经被很多单位成功应用。这一新的制图模式对地图编辑的素质有了新的要求,本文从政治敏感性、制图专业知识、数据库知识与制图软件应用能力、资料分析使用能力、出版印刷包装知识、学习能力与创新精神七个方面进行了详细阐述。with the rapid development of geographic information database construction,the database-driven mapping model has been successfully applied by many units.This new mapping model has new requirements on the quality of map editors.This paper expounds in detail seven aspects:political sensitivity,mapping expertise,database knowledge and mapping software application ability,data analysis and use ability,publishing,printing and packaging knowledge,learning ability and innovation spirit.
