浅析运用心理效应帮助留守儿童走出心理困境的策略

摘  要:留守儿童是当前社会问题,更是教育中值得关注和重视的话题。每学期的学生素质报告中,家长的留言“父母在外,请老师多关心、严要求”占到一半以上。这些留守儿童的心理问题主要体现在:缺少亲情的孤独感、无拘无束的放纵、追求自我的攀比和长辈的代沟,等等。这些问题,不仅是社会现象的突出反映,更是当前教育中的重中之重,教师更应以高度的责任感和紧迫感,多给留守儿童“开小灶”,唯有如此,才能帮助他们走出心理困境,给他们更多的幸福感与满足感。巧借心理效应,则可以给留守学生更多的心理慰藉,并会产生“事半功倍”的效果。left-behind children are not only a social problem,but also a topic worthy of attention in education.In the student quality report of each semester,the parent's message"parents are outside,please teachers care more,strict requirements"accounted for more than half.The psychological problems of these left-behind children are mainly reflected in the following aspects:lack of kinship,loneliness,unrestrained indulgence,self-comparison and generation gap.These problems are not only the prominent reflection of social phenomena,but also the top priority in current education.Teachers should give more attention to left-behind children with a high sense of responsibility and urgency.Only in this way can we help them out of psychological difficulties and give them more happiness and satisfaction.The psychological effect can give the left-behind students more psychological comfort,and will produce the effect of"twice the result with half the effort".
