摘　　要：本文通过选取25个城镇化指标,建立城镇化水平综合评价体系,在测算甘肃省各市州城镇化综合水平的基础上,对影响甘肃省城镇化发展的驱动因子进行了识别和分析,提出了提升甘肃省城镇化发展质量的政策建议。By selecting 25 urbanization indicators, this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation system of urbanization level,measures the urbanization level of Gansu Province from 2009 to 2017, and uses fixed-effect model to empirically analyze the driving factors of government behavior, industrial development, external economy, based on the calculation of the comprehensive level of urbanization in cities and prefectures of Gansu Province. Policy suggestions for improving the quality of urbanization in Gansu Province are put forward to play a positive role in the development of urbanization in Gansu Province.
