摘 要:配电网监测装置实际获取的量测数据中存在量测误差,因此配电网静态参数的可测性分析应考虑量测误差的影响。在已有可测性分析的基础上,考虑量测误差的影响,进一步深化配电网静态参数可测性的研究。明确配电网静态参数测试可测性与干扰可测性的相关概念,给出量测不确定度的计算方法,利用蒙特卡罗法进行配电网静态参数干扰可测性的分析,辨识干扰明晰参数和干扰不确定参数,并计算不确定参数的不确定程度及其估计值的置信区间。再计算出反映量测数据对干扰不确定参数影响的灵敏度矩阵,根据灵敏度矩阵优化选取估计各个干扰不确定参数的量测数据,以达到降低其不确定程度的目的。算例结果表明:在考虑量测误差的条件下,测试明晰参数可能会转变为干扰不确定参数,并且构造量测方程时避免采用某些灵敏度较高的量测数据可降低干扰不确定参数的不确定程度,从而缩小该参数的取值范围,在实际应用中提供一定的决策支持。There are errors in the measurement data acquired by the monitoring devices in distribution network. So the effect of measurement errors should be taken into account in the testability analysis of the static parameters. Based on the existing testability analysis, this paper studies the static parameters testability for distribution network in depth according to the measurement errors. The concepts of measurement testability and disturbing testability of static parameters for distribution network are defined. The calculation method of measurement uncertainty is given, and the disturbing testability of static parameters for distribution network is analyzed based on Monte Carlo method to identify the clear parameters and uncertain parameters. Meanwhile, the uncertainty degree of uncertain parameters and confidence intervals of their estimated values are calculated. Moreover, the sensitivity matrix which reflects the effect of measurement data on disturbing uncertain parameters is calculated, with which the measurement data for each disturbing uncertain parameters are selected optimally so as to reduce the uncertainty degree of those uncertain parameters. Results of the case study show that, the clear parameters may be converted into uncertain parameters when the measurement errors are considered. When the measurement equations are constructed, avoiding some measurement data with high sensitivity can reduce the uncertainty degree of uncertain parameters and narrow their value ranges to provide some decision support in practical application.
