摘　　要：思想政治工作,从根本上说是人的工作,人是工作的主体和客体、出发点和归宿点。马克思主义人学是从哲学上对人所做的最高层次的思考,这个理论为大学生思想政治工作提供了方法论和认识论基础,要求我们以生为本,从学生出发,学习与实践并重,努力以学生成长的科学来促进学生科学全面地成长。Ideological and political work is basically human work,and human beings are the subject and object of work,the starting point and destination.Marxist anthropology is the highest level of philosophical thinking of human beings.This theory provides a methodological and epistemological basis for college students’ideological and political work.The science of student growth to promote the comprehensive growth of students in science.
