摘　　要：高校图书馆承担着满足师生阅读需求、科研需要以及社会服务的三重任务,在转型发展建设方面理应采取积极的行动。文章对图书馆转型的内涵及必要性作了说明;对图书馆转型过程中出现的新情况及存在的问题进行了探讨,并针对实际问题提出了解决对策,其研究对高校图书馆的建设和发展具有一定的参考和借鉴价值。Due to the three tasks of meeting the reading needs of teachers and students,scientific research needs and social services,university libraries should take active actions in the construction of transformation and development.This paper explains the connotation and necessity of library transformation,discusses the new situation and existing problems in the process of library transformation,and proposes solutions to practical problems.The research has a certain reference value for the construction and development of university libraries.
