摘　　要：公司律师制度是推进法治烟草建设的重要举措,是构建现代管理体系的必然选择,是打造职业化、专业化法规人才队伍的有效途径,也是满足烟草企业律师法律服务需求的更好选择。结合实际,因地制宜,积极谋划,从制度、流程、队伍等多方面入手,建立健全烟草企业公司律师制度,发挥公司律师在法治烟草建设中的积极作用。The company lawyer system is an important measure to promote the legal construction,an inevitable choice to build a modern management system,an effective way to build a professional team of legal personnel,and a better choice to meet the legal service needs of lawyers in tobacco enterprises.In combination with the actual situation,we should take measures according to local conditions,actively plan and start from the system,process,team and other aspects to establish and improve the corporate lawyer system of tobacco enterprises,and to give full play to the positive role of corporate lawyers in the legal tobacco construction.
