摘 要:双馈感应风力发电机高渗透地分散并入配电网,呈现出与传统电源不同的电磁暂态特性,使得配电线路常规保护难以适应。该文首先推导双馈风机暂态电流表达式,据此分析配电线路区内、外故障时线路两端短路电流在衰减方面的特征差异。提出基于电流衰减因子的含双馈风机配电线路保护新原理,并通过Prony算法构造线路保护实用判据。以某10kV地方电网分散接入双馈风电示范性工程为原型,构建PSCAD仿真模型。大量测试结果表明:所提线路保护方法在不同故障类型、故障位置、风机容量等条件下能可靠地判别被保护线路的区内外故障,且灵敏度较高。Because of the high permeability of the distributed doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG)in the distribution network and its different electromagnetic transient characteristics from the conventional power supply,the existing protection is difficult to adapt to the distribution lines of DFIG wind power integration system.Through the analysis of the general expression of the fault current by DFIG,the difference in characteristics of the transient current between the two ends of the protected line is found.Based on this,a new protection principle of distribution line of DFIG wind power integration system was proposed,and protection scheme based on current attenuation factor was constructed by Prony algorithm.At last,based on a 10 kV local grid of DFIG wind power integration system as prototype,a PSCAD simulation model was build.A large number of tests show that the proposed line protection can identify the faults reliably and sensitively with different fault type,fault position,DFIG capacity and other conditions.
