摘 要:直线旋转永磁(linear and rotary permanent magnet,LRPM)电机是一种具有直线、旋转和螺旋驱动的两自由度电机,在智能制造装备、交通运输装备、新能源发电、国防装备等领域具有广阔的应用前景。主要论述直线旋转永磁电机的基本特点,分析几种典型的直线旋转电机的结构及工作原理,提出一种新的直线旋转永磁电机拓扑结构。在此基础上,分析直线旋转永磁电机的设计与优化方法,推导磁路独立的直线旋转永磁电机数学模型。在直线、旋转和螺旋驱动需求下,分别研究几种典型直线旋转永磁电机的控制技术。针对目前直线旋转永磁电机控制技术的需求,提出一种多运行模式协调控制策略。最后,给出了直线旋转电机及控制技术的发展趋势,展望其的应用前景。The linear and rotary permanent magnet(LRPM)machine which features linear,rotary and helical motion drive has broad application prospects in intelligent manufacturing equipment,transportation equipment,new energy power generation,and defense equipment.The basic characteristics of the LRPM machines were discussed,and several typical topologies and operating principles of the machines were analyzed.In addition,a new LRPM machine was proposed.On this basis,the design and optimization method of the machines were analyzed,and the mathematical model was deduced by considering the independent magnetic circuit.Based on the demands of the three motion drives,the control techniques for the LRPM machines were studied.A multi-operation mode coordinated control strategy was proposed to satisfy the control demands.Finally,the development trend of the machines and control technologies were given,and its application prospects were also predicted.
