摘  要:介电响应技术是电介质材料状态检测和性能表征的有效手段之一,在聚合物、油纸以及陶瓷材料等领域得到了广泛的应用。但在油纸绝缘领域,目前频谱解释的研究还不够完善,对频谱表现形式对应的微观机制的解释较为缺乏,因此频域介电响应技术的进一步发展和应用受到了限制。以油纸绝缘低频弛豫为研究对象,首先在Debye模型的基础上提出弛豫分量和电导分量的区分方法;测量不同温度下的频域介电谱,并得到低频弛豫分量曲线;然后,利用双势阱模型对温度的影响机理进行分析,拟合得到低频弛豫过程的势垒高度;最后,结合热激励去极化电流的测试结果对低频弛豫的来源进行讨论。研究表明,油纸绝缘频谱曲线的低频区域由弛豫分量和电导分量叠加构成,其中弛豫分量的贡献是不可忽略的;结合激励去极化电流的测试结果分析得知,该低频弛豫过程是由空间电荷引起的。Dielectric response technology is a useful method on state detection and properties characterization of dielectric materials,and is applied to polymer,oil-impregnated insulating paper and ceramics.However,for the deficiency of explanation on frequency domain spectrum and the lack of research of the connection between measurement result and microcosmic mechanism,its further application in oil-impregnated insulating paper is limited.In this paper,the low frequency domain relaxation of oil-impregnated insulating paper was studied.Firstly,a method to distinguish the relaxation loss from conductivity loss based on Debye model was proposed.Secondly,frequency domain spectrums under different ambient temperatures were measured and low frequency domain relaxation curves were obtained.Thirdly,the double potential well model was used to analyze the mechanism of temperature action,and the barrier height was calculated by curve fitting.Finally,the cause of low frequency domain relaxation was discussed based on thermal stimulation depolarization current measurement.The research results show that low frequency domain spectrums consist of relaxation loss and conductivity loss,and contribution of relaxation loss cannot be ignored.Based on the discussion of thermal stimulation depolarization current measurement,this low frequency domain relaxation is caused by space charge.
