京郊传统村落保护与发展——以灵水村为例

摘　　要：【目的】推进京郊传统村落的保护和发展,为创建村落地域特色及科学性保护提供方法。【方法】查阅文献和实地探勘,利用规划制图软件绘制图纸分析灵水村的院落格局及建筑形制。【结果】归纳村内目前存在的主要问题,绘制单体建筑立面图及典型院落空间构成的平面图,对院落格局、建筑等进行形态和形制分析。【结论】从文保档案的建立、院落形态的保护以及科学性的修缮对传统村落进行保护,与此同时结合周边的旅游资源整合发展。【Objective】The study was to promote the protection and development of traditional villages in the suburbs of Beijing and provide methods for the villages’local characteristics creation and scientific protection.【Methods】Based on literature review and field exploration,the authors made drawings to analyze the courtyard layout and architectural shapes in Lingshui Village using the planning and mapping software.【Results】They summarized the main problems in the village,drew the elevation views of the single building and plane graphs of the typical courtyard space,and analyzed the shape and structure of the courtyard pattern and architecture.【Conclusion】Some measures should be taken to protect traditional villages by establishing cultural archives,protecting the courtyard forms and repairing them scientifically.At the same time,the surrounding tourism resources should be integrated into the development of the traditional villages.
