摘　　要：中国经济发展奇迹是发展道路自信的表现,新时代中国发展经济学理论创新的重要使命是阐释中国经济发展的奇迹及其发展道路,研究和总结中国的道路自信并上升为系统化的理论学说,在道路自信的基础上进一步实现理论自信。从这一重要使命出发,新时代中国发展经济学首先要在道路自信基础上实现发展观的理论自信,以新发展理念的发展观自信引领新时代的经济发展。其次,要在发展道路自信基础上实现包括发展目标、发展模式和发展动力在内的发展理论核心要义的理论自信。再次,要在发展道路自信基础上实现高质量发展的理论自信,推动中国经济发展从数量追赶向质量追赶的升级。最后,要在发展道路自信基础上以重大问题为导向实现发展理论方法论的理论自信,形成中国发展经济学的新思想新理论,提出新战略新举措,满足新需求,完善新体制新机制。The miracle of China’s economic development is a manifestation of self-confidence in the development path. The important mission of China’s development economics theoretical innovation in the new era is to explain the miracle of China’s economic development and its development path, research and summarize China’s road self-confidence and rise to a systematic theory. On the basis of road self-confidence, the theoretical self-confidence is further achieved.Starting from this important mission, China’s development economics in the new era must first realize the theoretical self-confidence of the development concept based on the self-confidence of the road, and lead the economic development of the new era with the self-confidence of the development concept of the new development concept.Second, based on the road self-confidence, we must achieve the theoretical self-confidence of the core theories of development, including economic development goals, development models, and development power.Third, we must achieve the theoretical confidence of high-quality development on the basis of road self-confidence, and promote the upgrade of China’s economic development from quantity chase to quality chase.Finally, based on the self-confidence of the road, we must take the major issues as a guide to achieve the theoretical self-confidence of the development theory methodology, form new ideas and new theories of China′s development economics, propose new strategies and measures, meet new needs, and improve new systems and mechanisms.
