摘 要:为了在高、低输入电压条件下均实现高的系统效率、优化的母线电压及无电解电容,提出一种多模态LED驱动器。通过添加一个双向开关,LED驱动器可以在适当的模态下工作,当有效输入电压为220~240V时,双向开关关断,拓扑工作于半压输入模式(half voltage input mode,HVIM),高输入电压由输入电容均分,升压电感工作于临界导通模式(boundary conduction mode,BCM)。当输入电压为100~120Vrms,双向开关导通,拓扑工作于全压输入模式(full voltage input mode,FVIM),输入电容的电压等于输入电压,升压电感工作在非连续导通模式(discontinuous conduction mode,DCM)。同时,这2种模式下均可以实现软开关。该文详细介绍所提拓扑结构,工作原理以及分析设计。最后,通过额定功率为100W的样机验证了可行性和有效性。In order to achieve high system efficiency,optimized bus voltage and electrolytic capacitor-free in both high-line and low-line conditions,a flexible mode LED driver was proposed.A bidirectional switch was added and the LED driver could work in suitable mode.When the line voltage was within the range of 220240 V,the bidirectional switch was turned off and the proposed topology works in half voltage input mode(HVIM),the high input voltage was divided equally by the input capacitors and the boost inductor works in boundary conduction mode(BCM).When the line voltage was within the range of 100-120 Vrms,the bidirectional switch was turned on and the proposed topology works in full voltage input mode(FVIM),the voltage of the input capacitors equals to the input voltage and the boost inductor works in discontinuous conduction mode(DCM).Meanwhile,ZVS characteristic of the active switches can be fulfilled in both modes.The detail structure,operational principle and design considerations are examined in detail.Finally,the feasibility and the effectiveness of the proposed LED driver are verified by an experimental prototype with rated power of 100 W.
