灯盏乙素苷元对豚鼠离体支气管平滑肌张力影响及作用机制研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨灯盏乙素苷元对正常以及多种致痉剂诱导的豚鼠离体支气管平滑肌的影响及作用机制。方法:制备豚鼠离体支气管平滑肌螺旋条,观察在生理状态、有钙及无钙条件下分别用磷酸组胺、毛果芸香碱以及KCl致痉后,灯盏乙素苷元对其张力的影响。结果:0.038~0.610 g/L灯盏乙素苷元对磷酸组胺和毛果芸香碱引起的支气管平滑肌收缩有明显的舒张作用(P<0.05);对KCl引起的支气管平滑肌收缩无明显舒张作用(P>0.05)。结论:灯盏乙素苷元对豚鼠离体支气管平滑肌有舒张作用,其机制可能与阻断组胺受体和胆碱受体有关。Objective:To investigate the effects of scutellarein on normal and multiple spasmogen-induced isolated guinea pig bronchial smooth muscle and its mechanism of action.Methods:Bronchial smooth muscle spiral strips of guinea pigs were prepared,and the effects of scutellarein on its tension were observed under physiological conditions,with and without calcium,respectively after treatment with histamine diphosphate,pilocarpine and potassium chloride.Results:0.038-0.610 g/L scutellarein had a significant relaxant effect on bronchial smooth muscle contraction induced by histamine diphosphate and pilocarpine(P<0.05),and had no obvious relaxant effect on bronchial smooth muscle contraction induced by potassium chloride(P>0.05).Conclusion:Scutellarein has a certain relaxant effect on isolated bronchial smooth muscle of guinea pigs,and its mechanism may be associated with the blocking of histamine receptor and nicotinic acetylcholine receptor.
