摘　　要：目的:调查玉溪市县级综合医院临床疼痛康复科医生对疼痛认知(知识与态度)的现状,分析其影响因素。方法:通过发放问卷及威斯康辛疼痛知识量表(Wisconsin Pain Knowledge Scale),调查玉溪市2区7县9个县级综合医院65名临床疼痛康复科医生对疼痛认知的现状,分析其影响因素。结果:玉溪市县级综合医院临床疼痛康复科医生疼痛知识水平偏低,问卷平均正确率为48.33%,其中疼痛评估知识的正确率仅为21.54%,其学历、性别、职称等因素对总体得分并无影响;医生镇痛态度模糊,仅27.69%的医生完全遵循三阶梯镇痛方案。结论:临床疼痛康复科医生对疼痛知识掌握较缺乏,尤其是疼痛的评估及干预方面欠缺明显;对是否采取三阶梯镇痛态度不明确。因此只有加强医生对疼痛的规范化管理,才能提高患者的就医体验。Objective: To investigate the current status of pain perception(knowledge and attitude)among clinical pain rehabilitationdoctors in county general hospitals in Yuxi City, and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods: By issuing questionnaires andWisconsin Pain Knowledge Scale, 65 clinical pain rehabilitation doctors in 9 county general hospitals of 2 districts and 7 counties inYuxi City were surveyed about the status of pain recognition, and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results: The knowledge aboutpains of clinical pain rehabilitation doctors in Yuxi county general hospitals was insufficient, with only an average accuracy rate of48.33% in the questionnaire. The accuracy rate of knowledge of pain assessment was only 21.54%. Factors such as educationalbackground, gender and professional title had no effect on the overall score. Doctors' attitude towards analgesia was vague. Only 27.69%of the doctors followed the three-step analgesia plan completely. Conclusion: Clinical pain rehabilitation doctors lack knowledge ofpain, especially in pain assessment and intervention. They are not clear about whether to adopt the three-step analgesia. Therefore, onlyby strengthening the standardized management of pain assessment can the patients' medical experience be improved.
