摘  要:四川某磷矿规模大,开采深度大,若采用传统的中段溜井倒运的矿石运输方式,中段溜井数量多,倒运环节多,管理难度大,为此,提出高溜井+分支溜井放矿系统方案,对集中溜井布置形式、断面大小等进行设计,并给出防堵塞、装卸矿、首次放矿安全措施.经过1a多稳定运行,高溜井放矿系统能够有效降低矿石的运输成本,提高运输效率,并具有较高的可靠性,为矿山安全高效生产奠定了有效基础,这是化工矿山首次采用高溜井+分支溜井放矿系统的成功实践,对同类矿山具有一定的参考价值.A phosphate mine in Sichuan has the great scale and depth exploitation.If the traditional stage orepass transportation is adopted in the mine,there would be so many orepasses,the transportation process of ore would be excessive and mine management would be very complex.So the system of high orepass and branch orepass was recommended and the layout form and section of high orepass are designed.Besides that,the safe measures for preventing blockage,loading and unloading ore and initial ore drawing are given.After the operation of the designed system of the paper more than one year,the transportation cost is reduced and transportation efficiency is improved,besides that,the system has good reliability,the good foundation of the mine safety production is laid.This is the first successful practice of adopting high orepass and branch orepass drawing system in chemical mine,which has certain reference value for similar mines.
