摘　　要：某石灰石矿在完成新建矿山项目的初步设计后,缺少"安全设施设计"(即"安全专篇").为保证该新建矿山项目地顺利进行,按照国家和地方相关规范、规程和管理规定的要求,在概述该矿山地质和设计概况的基础上,着重详细阐述了安全对策措施和建议落实情况、安全设施设计、安全管理和专用安全设施投资、存在问题和建议等,使该矿山的初步设计完整,体现了国家相关设计要求,促进了该项目的顺利实施.目前项目实施进度良好.After a limestone mine has completed the preliminary design of a new mine project,it lacks a"safety facility design"(ie,a"safety section").In order to ensure the smooth progress of the new mine project site,in accordance with the requirements of relevant national and local codes,regulations and management regulations,on the basis of an overview of the mine's geology and design profile,the safety countermeasures and recommendations are implemented in detail and safety facilities The design,safety management,investment in special safety facilities,existing problems and suggestions,etc.,are the preliminary design of the mine which fully reflects the relevant national design requirements and promotes the smooth implementation of the project.At present,the project implementation progress is good.
