摘　　要：晚期大肠癌病机错综复杂,虚实并存,寒热错杂。其病位在厥阴,其基本病机是阴阳气不相顺接、气机升降出入通路失常。厥阴病主方——乌梅丸,可辛开苦降以调畅气机,调理脏腑虚实而补虚泻实、虚实兼顾,平衡机体上下格拒之寒热而泻热祛寒、温清并用,从而使脏腑功能协调,阴阳平衡。The pathogenesis of advanced colorectal cancer is complex,the deficiency and the excess coexist,and the cold and heat are mixed.The basic pathogenesis of the disease is that the yin and yang qi are not connected with each other,and the qi ascending and descending channels are abnormal.Wumei Pill,the main prescription of Jueyin disease,can be used to regulate qi,regulate the deficiency and excess of zang-fu viscera to tonify deficiency and discharge excess,balance the cold and heat of the upper and lower parts of the body to release heat and remove cold,warm and clear,so as to coordinate the functions of zang-fu viscera and balance yin and yang.
