摘　　要：心悸发生的原因主要为“水”和“火”。“水”指的是阴气、水汽;“火”多指君火、相火。五行在太极图中停止运转,甚至逆转,则火炎于上,水寒于下,甚至阴阳离决,心悸始生。太极五行理论可以把心悸分为心阳不足证、阳虚水逆证、心肝血虚证以及脾肾寒湿证。心阳不足证,需上温心阳,上火不足则补火助阳,右转下济肾水,推动运转;阳虚水逆证与心阳不足相似,只不过水逆症状明显,需补上火右转温肾水,肾水不寒,水逆不生;心肝血虚证,相当于补水,大补阴液,神有所藏,水足而火不至于过旺,起到水火既济的作用;脾肾寒湿证,需温阳祛湿,相当于补火,使相火右转,下潜于肾水,肾水得温,左转上承于心。以上诸证补水、火之不足,推动气机运行,使太极五行图正常运转。The main causes of palpitation are"water"and"fire"."Water"refers to yin qi and water vapor;"fire"refers to Jun Huo and Xiang Huo.When Wuxing stop running or even reverse in the Taiji diagram,the fire is hot on the top,the water is cold on the bottom,and even yin and yang are separated,and the palpitation begins to occur.According to the theory of Taiji Wuxing,palpitation can be divided into syndrome of deficiency of heart yang,syndrome of water regurgitation due to deficiency of yang,syndrome of blood deficiency of heart and liver and syndrome of cold dampness of spleen and kidney.The syndrome of deficiency of heart yang needs to warm the heart yang.If the upper fire is insufficient,it needs to supplement the fire and help yang,and it needs to turn to the right to relieve the kidney water and promote the operation;the syndrome of water regurgitation due to deficiency of yang is similar to the syndrome of deficiency of heart yang,but the symptom of water regurgitation is obvious,so we need to tonify the upper fire to turn right to warm kidney water,the kidney water is not cold,and the water regurgitation is not produced;the syndrome of blood deficiency of heart and liver is equivalent to replenishing water.Replenishing yin fluid,and the spirit has some reserves.The water is enough and the fire is not too strong,which plays the role of water and fire helping each other;the syndrome of cold dampness of spleen and kidney requires warming yang and removing dampness,which is equivalent to tonifying fire,making Xiang Huo turn right,dive in kidney water.When the kidney water is warm,it turn left and be in heart.All the above syndromes are insufficient for water and fire replenishment,which can promote the operation of qi movement and make the Taiji Wuxing diagram operate normally.
