摘 要:中医治疗癫痫以化痰开窍法为基本治法。现代药理研究提示,化痰开窍法的抗炎作用可能是通过干预核转录因子-κB(nuclear transcription factor-κB,NF-κB)信号转导途径,降低癫痫相关炎性因子的表达,控制癫痫的发作。但目前的研究存在一些不足,中药及其复方的有效成分较为复杂,其作用途径和靶点是多方面的,对于化痰开窍类药物抗炎作用的具体机制仍未明确,其抗炎作用干预癫痫的途径是作用于NF-κB信号转导通路还是通过直接降低相关炎性因子水平尚需进一步的探索。同时,缺乏对化痰开窍类复方药物的科学拆方研究,无法确定对癫痫起治疗作用的具体药物成分。今后的研究需从以下方面入手:广泛搜集相关临床病例资源并归纳总结;对化痰开窍类方剂或单味药物进行药理实验研究以明确其药理成分;建立有效的癫痫实验动物模型,科学选取检测指标,以化痰开窍类方药治疗并观察指标的变化,提供实验支撑;加强大样本、大数据、多中心对照的临床及基础研究。此外,深入探索化痰开窍类药物通过干预NF-κB信号转导途径治疗癫痫的具体作用机制,以证明该疗法的科学性,为癫痫治疗提供新的靶点和思路。Chinese medicine treats epilepsy with the method of dissipating phlegm for resuscitation method.Modern pharmacological studies suggest that the anti-inflammatory effect of dissipating phlegm for resuscitation method may be through the intervention of nuclear transcription factor-κB(NF-κB)signal transduction pathway,reduce the expression of epilepsy related inflammatory factors,and control the seizure.However,there are some deficiencies in the current research:The effective components of Chinese medicine and compound decoction are complex,and their action ways and targets are various.The specific mechanism of anti-inflammatory effect of Dissipating Phlegm for Resuscitation medicine has not been clear yet.Whether their action on NF-κB signal transduction pathway or directly reducing the level of related inflammatory factors has not been further explored.At the same time,there is a lack of scientific research on the split prescription of the compound medicine for resolving phlegm and opening orifices,and it is impossible to determine the specific medicine and components that play a therapeutic role in epilepsy,and it is impossible to determine the specific medicine and components that play a therapeutic role in epilepsy.The future research should start from the following aspects:the related clinical case resources were collected and summarized;the pharmacological experiments of dissipating phlegm for resuscitation formula or single medicine were carried out to clarify its pharmacological components;establish an effective epilepsy experimental animal model,select the experimental indicators,and provide experimental support for the treatment of dissipating phlegm for resuscitation and observe the changes of the indicators;strengthen the clinical and basic research of large sample,big data and multi-center control.In addition,to explore the specific mechanism of the treatment of epilepsy by the intervention of NF-κB signal transduction pathway by dissipating phlegm for resuscitation medicine,in order to prove the s
