王自平应用补肾化瘀法治疗子宫内膜异位症

摘　　要：子宫内膜异位症发生的基础是肾气亏虚,发病的关键因素是胞宫瘀血内阻。瘀血既是发病之因,又是病理产物,肾虚和血瘀互为因果,致使本病迁延难愈。王自平教授认为,补肾化瘀法是治疗本病的常用方法。临证时,将补肾类与活血类中药联合应用,活血化瘀以治标,补益肾气以治本;结合中药灌肠、中药热敷、针灸以补益肾气、活血化瘀;同时顾护脾胃,常用健运脾胃类中药培补后天脾胃以生血,佐以活血调经补冲任。如此可有效地改善患者激素水平,增加子宫内膜的局部血液循环,提高子宫内膜异位症患者的临床妊娠率。The basis of endometriosis is deficiency of kidney qi,and the key factor of endometriosis is blood stasis in the uterus.Blood stasis is not only the cause of the disease,but also the pathological product.Kidney deficiency and blood stasis are the cause and effect of each other,which makes the disease difficult to be cured.In clinical practice,kidney tonifying and blood activating Chinese medicine are combined to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis to treat symptoms and invigorate kidney qi to treat root causes;combined with Chinese medicine enema,Chinese medicine hot compress,acupuncture and moxibustion to invigorate kidney qi,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis;at the same time,we take care of the spleen and stomach,use the Chinese medicine of invigorating spleen and stomach to nourish spleen and stomach to generate blood,and also use the medicine of promoting blood circulation and regulating menstruation to replenish Chong Ren.This can effectively improve the hormone level of patients,increase the local blood circulation of endometrium,and improve the clinical pregnancy rate of patients with endometriosis.
