中医药治疗半身不遂的古文献考证

摘　　要：我国古代医家对本病病因的认识经历了由外风论到内因论,再到内外因相杂的发展过程;因而对本病的治疗也给出了一系列治疗方法,由以疏散外风、扶助正气为主,到从火热、痰湿、内虚风动等脏腑经络的辨证施治,最后以注重气血双补、平肝熄风、滋阴潜阳等与补益脑神经益气养血、通经活络为主的治疗原则,经历了一个循序渐进的发展过程。时至今日,现代医学对于半身不遂疾病依然没有行之有效的治疗方法,而中医药治疗半身不遂具有独特的方法与疗效,尤其在中风恢复期和后遗症治疗方面体现出明显的优势。The ancient Chinese doctors'understanding of the cause of this disease has gone through the development process from the theory of external wind to the theory of internal cause,and then to the mixture of internal and external causes.Therefore,a series of treatment methods are also given for the treatment of this disease,from mainly evacuating the external wind,supporting the healthy qi,to syndrome differentiation and treatment of zang-fu visceras and meridians such as heat,phlegm dampness,internal deficiency and wind movement.Finally,the treatment principle of focusing on both qi and blood supplement,calming the liver and eliminating the wind,nourishing yin and yang,supplementing brain and nerves,nourishing qi and blood,clearing and activating the channels and collaterals has gone through a gradual development process.Up to now,modern medicine still has no effective treatment for hemiplegia,and Chinese medicine has a unique method and effect,especially in the recovery period of stroke and sequelae treatment.
