浅议高校档案“卷“”件”结合整理模式

摘　　要：回顾自《高等学校档案工作规范》发布以来高校档案整理有关规范的发展历程,疏理高校"卷""件"结合整理模式产生的背景、理论依据及实践状况,分析该模式的执行困惑,即"卷""件"整理的执行范围不明确以及与之相关的管理问题。笔者认为,各高校探索"卷""件"结合档案整理模式,应遵循"共性+个性"相结合的原则,对全宗档案分类的起点应明确为按档案门类分类,不同档案门类之间所用的整理分类等可以互相不一致。The paper reviews the development history of relevant norms of archives compilation in colleges and universities since the publication of"Regulations",and sorts out the background,theoretical basis and practice of the archives compilation mode of"volume"and"item"combination in colleges and universities,and analyzes the implementation confusion of the mode,namely,the unclear implementation scope of"volume"and"item"compilation and relevant management issues.The author believes that when exploring the archives compilation mode of"volume"and"item"combination,colleges and universities should follow the principle of combining"commonness"with"personality",classify the whole archives according to the archives category,and the classification between different archives categories can be inconsistent.
